Our Vision For Real Estate Consumers

Premier RE (Real Estate), Consultants was founded in November of 2023 to be an online platform for educational purposes providing information on the various disciplines within the real estate arena. We have  additional divisions where we deliver this information. Consumers can take courses at the Real Estate Consumer Training website offering step by step guidance on buy, selling and investing.  Furthermore, we offer individual consulting services to consumers where we unpack the processes on buying and selling and introduce consumers to those who can assist them. Understanding how it all comes together before, during and after you buy, invest or sell property is important for peace of mind. We also offer our Real Estate Provider Directory for consumers to access local consultants to help you on your path. Visit us as we cover all 50 states!

 Our principal and creator of this concept practiced real estate in two states, attended 1,000’s of building inspections and overseeing 1000’s+ transactions, wrote green building courses that were approved in 17 states for CEU credits for agents, inspectors, appraisers and  mortgage professionals. After spending many years assisting buyers and sellers with real estate decisions, we began to see a need for the consumer to be better educated before during and after they buy, invest or sell real estate. We understand that buying or selling a property can be stressful. It comes from not being fully aware of the processes and how they work together. You will gain the knowledge needed to understanding the processes that result in a successful transaction.
