Premier RE Consultants as our umbrella company also owns and administers the Real Estate Provider Directory and Real Estate Consumer Training website platforms.  They were founded by Kerry Mitchell, who has practiced real estate in 2 states and completed 1,000’s of successful transactions.  Real estate guidance for consumers was long overdue. Through our websites, all information is general in nature. Through our 3 websites, Real Estate Consumer Training  programs and our Real Estate Provider Directory, and Premier RE Consultants will not be liable for any misinformation, loss or damages caused by USERS reliance on any information provided through our sites, either by our chat features or after communicating with one of the licensed professionals. 

Our online platforms are hosted by GODADDY, Inc. They maintain safeguards to help protect Users, these licensed professionals in their individual professions. We do our best to maintain safeguards against misuse of  Personal Information  shared  provide through our referral agreements, chat format, forms and through our email communications.

While no transmission of data is guaranteed to be completely secure, third parties not under our control may intercept or access transmissions or private communications unlawfully.

All participation for USERS is made at their own risk.

The licensed professionals on our directory site may provide  commonsense advice in general terms for Users.

We contract with third-party service providers for marketing, SEO services and additional advertising purposes across many channels, including social media platforms and engage professionals to perform data analysis for optimizing our sites performance. Premier RE Consultants does their best to verify all professional certifications. Premier RE Consultants does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy of any  credentials. Information and advice are not warranted that is provided through our platform, through blogs, referral communications, through agreements with our Users, partners, advertising companies or exposure on our social media platforms.  Use of our site education modules and web sites  are provided as a courtesy. By using our sites as a User, you acknowledge that Premier RE Consultants will not be liable for any loss or damages caused from information we offer on any of our  platforms. Reliance on any information that has been provided through our sites may include third-party service providers for marketing and advertising purposes or to perform data analysis.

For any participating professionals (Service Partners, Bloggers, Content Contributors) as USERS, you have the right and under privacy and data protection laws, at any time to request:
